ABOUT THE SITE

The site is 60.45 acres in Lincoln, Nebraska, adjoining a City-owned parcel of 27.01 acres, to the west of Sun Valley Boulevard and south of Charleston Street. The masterplanning charrette will consider options for a mixed-use development of homes, offices, parks, shops and restaurants, with access to hike and bike trails, a nature reserve, the sports facilities to the east, and downtown Lincoln, the Haymarket District, the University of Nebraska, and other nearby destinations and amenities.
